The Tamina Community Center continues to seek ways to build a healthy and bright community. Our services are free to recipients and to continue to do our work and guarantee the continued success of the Center, we need your help. We seek your support in the form of contributions, donations and volunteers.

The Center is chartered by the State of Texas and is classified as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible.

Your contributions enable us to:

* Buy educational supplies and materials for our tutoring program and after-school activities
* Provide counseling services to individual and families needing help in locating resources to help them improve their life situations
* Conduct other educational, recreational children and youth programs

There are also opportunities to sponsor children and families to participate in different events or provide funds for specific purposes. Please see the list below for a breakdown of the different sponsorship opportunities.

* Educational Freedom Tour............$400.00 per child
* Summer Program........................$200.00 per child
* Adopt a family for Christmas........gifts, food, clothes, and shoes
* Adopt-a-family for Thanksgiving...food baskets
* After school snacks.....................$500.00 per month
* Operational Expenses..................$20,000.00 per year
